Lenten Quiet Morning

In the Shadow of the Cross

This year's Lenten Quiet Day will be conducted by the Rev'd Chris Mostert. Two talks will be given to guide the retreat. The first talk will be on the messianic life of Jesus. The second talk will be on the messianic death of Jesus.

Conductor The Rev'd Christiaan Mostert.
Professor Mostert is professor of Systematic Theology in the Uniting Church Theological College and teacher in the United Faculty of Theology, Melbourne. Chris Mostert is a minister of Word and Sacrament in the Uniting Church in Australia, and in the Presbyterian Church of Australia before 1977. He has been co-chair of the Joint Working Group of the Anglican and Uniting Churches in Australia and a member (and chair) of the Commission on Faith and Unity of the National Council of Churches in Australia. He will retire from full-time ministry at the end of 2012.
