Parish Council Out-of-session approval

Dear all,

I trust you are all well, and apologise for not being more communicative.  Living in the bush with no WiFi and relying in the main on wood-fire for warmth and cooking, I’ve had chainsaw and axe in hand more than iPhone.   

I agree that out-of-session approval for the replacement of the electricity switchboard should be given.
