Seminar 1:
Be Still and Know
that I am God

The writer of Psalm 46 knew something of the value of stillness in a busy life. Jesus did too, as we see the rhythm of his life comprising both engagement with people as well as withdrawal for silence and reflection. This Quiet Day offers some space for slowing down, reflecting on your life, and charging your spiritual batteries.

The season of Lent is the time we set aside to prepare for our annual remembrance of the death and resurrection of Jesus, and to find new meaning in our lives.

Come and join in this Quiet Day and discern your bearings for your Lenten journey. It doesn't matter if you have never been on a Quiet Day before. There will be some input to assist you to use the time fruitfully, some personal reflection time in the silence, and some corporate worship.
