Seminar 8:
Paul and Christian Life

Every year or so a book appears that denounces St Paul as someone who led Christianity astray and even perverted its original message. Or is the truth rather that the apostle permanently enriched Christian thinking and spiritual life? Rather than tampering with the good news, he deepened our understanding of it? In this seminar, Gerald O'Collins explores the spirituality of St Paul and its impact.

Date Wednesday 12 October
Time 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm
Venue St Peter's, Eastern Hill
Cost $15 (concession: $12)
Speaker Fr Gerald O'Collins SJ AC.
Fr Gerald was Professor of Theology for 33 years at the Gregorian University in Rome. He has authored or co-authored nearly sixty books; the most recent include 'Philip Pullman's Jesus' (Darton, Longman & Todd), 'Reflections for Busy People' (Paulist Press), and 'Jesus Our Priest' (Oxford University Press).
